Pitang develops pre-authorization for Hipercard

Hipercard Card will soon be able to offer its clients automated pre-authorization services.

Pre-authorization is the equivalent to a specified amount of the cardholder's credit limit being set aside as a guarantee for a transaction to take place, a kind of guarantee that is already available on some credit cards.

"The project, which involves 4 professionals, will begin to be developed by Pitang in the first half of October with a pilot project expected to be ready in December. This can be considered a showcase project, which may lead to many other opportunities for our company with the client" stated business manager Renato Figueiroa.
